And so the former Carneros Inn bartender and Viansa Winery tasting room staffer pulled together 18 curious foodies for a preview feast this past March at Tournesol Winery in the Coombsville area of southeastern Napa Valley. The evening was hosted by winery owners Bob and Anne Arns, while Boris Olvera did the cooking, taking a break from his regular executive chef duties at Franciscan Estate and Constellation Brands.
