The entire brunch menu's $10 or less, with the br'-half of eats including bourbon-soaked beef brisket hash (with horseradish cream and a poached egg) and the 'unch featuring a $6 burger avail "dirty south"-style (add smoked pork), or with peanut butter and bacon, in a preparation dubbed "yo-mama", who the Pharcyde once saw in the back of Taco Bell in handcuffs. If you order food, you also get a tasty treat called a waffle shot. That’s a small piece of a Belgian waffle dipped in a rum-infused syrup. And let me tell you, I think the mix is 90 percent rum, 10 percent syrup.

Punch is $4 a glass, or free if you bring your own vintage teacup. Gimmicks aside, the punch is a serious value—though the serving is small, it is dangerously powerful considering how easily it goes down. A different version is served every morning—our punch was a sweet combination of rum, bourbon, coconut, honey syrup, and Tuaca Vanilla Liqueur. A sprinkling of blueberries completes each glass—they're delicious (if a little liquor-soaked) to eat out of the empty cup.
