Pacific Brew Laboratory (or "PacBrewLab as it's affectionately known) has been concocting crazy beers in SF for year. These guys have tried everything, including their popular Hibiscus Saison, Squid Ink Black IPA, Chamomile Ale, Lemongrass IPA, and Szechwan Peppercorn Red Ale. We can get on board with that.

A little about Pac Brew Lab: After moving out west from DC, dabbling in homebrewing, and finding a passion for the process and product, Patrick decided to make a go at the business. Through his journey among the homebrewing culture of SF he met Bryan. They quickly solidified their vision with the formation of Pacific Brewing Laboratory. Pac Brew Lab started in a garage as a place for Patrick and Bryan to experiment with new beer flavors, styles, and brewing techniques. It then grew into a bi-monthly, free event with hundreds of friends and local street food vendors.
