Massive Brewery & Beer Garden
at Southern Pacific Brewing
Run by a few Speakeasy brewery alums, this massive, mezzanine-ringed, corrugated-steel-and-reclaimed-wood-heavy warehouse will be your newest source for long days of beer-flavored discovery. You’ll probably miss this former machine shop on your first drive-by. But persevere. While this brewpub looks nondescript from the sidewalk, once you reach the bar you’ll be rewarded with an embarrassment of riches in the form of 20 beers on tap and beer-driven pub fare (like Pale Ale Pork Sausage Pizza).

Two years in the making, the brewery and restaurant unveils 8,500 square feet of blissful indoor/outdoor beer garden. Architect Seth Boor (Four Barrel, Flora Grubb) transformed the industrial structure into a habit-forming paradise (a glass facade and ample skylights, rusty fig trees).

A former Speakeasy wunderkind'll oversee the brew's birth in 15-barrel fermenters before it's served at a room-length bar with a corrugated tin roof and 20 different taps built into a steel I-beam. Six of em'll be pouring SPB’s own liquid-blanketers which, to start, will include a pale ale, an IPA, a double IPA, a porter, a blonde, and a wit, potentially marking the last time you'll ever see "blonde" and "wit" in one place.
