Memorial Day Luau

at Baker Beach

Join Namu on Memorial Day for a special Hawaiian Luau on Baker Beach. They'll be cooking a whole organic pig from Llano Seco Ranch Kālua style. All proceeds from this event will go towards finishing the construction of a high school in El Cuco, El Salvador.

Kālua is a traditional Hawaiian cooking method that utilizes an imu, a type of underground oven. Afterwards, the cooked pig will be brought over to the picnic tables for everyone to enjoy. There'll be limited seating, so please bring something comfortable to lay on or sit on.

The Menu:

  • Organic Llano Seco Imu Pig
  • Lomi Salmon
  • Poke
  • Fresh Poi
  • Haupia Pudding & More
  • BYO Beverages

The location: Baker Beach, SF. Drive &/or walk down to the entrance towards the beach, turn right at the Y to the far parking lot facing the Golden Gate Bridge. They'll be taking up a few picnic benches to the right of the parking lot near the tall trees opposite of the beach.
