Tim Bergling known professionally as Avicii, Tom Hangs, and Tim Berg, is a Swedish DJ, remixer, and record producer. His debut single, "Seek Bromance", reached the top 20 in several countries including Belgium, France, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Sweden.
In 2011, Avicii released "Levels" (sampling the song "Something's Got a Hold On Me" by Etta James), which reached the top ten in Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and topped the charts in Hungary, Norway and Sweden.
In 2011, Avicii was ranked No. 6 on the Top 100 DJs list by DJ Magazine. Tim Bergling was born on 8 September 1989 in Stockholm, Sweden. Avicii emerged in the music industry in 2008, when he was 18 years old, compiling a remix of the theme song to the Commodore 64 video game Lazy Jones. This led to his first release on Strike Recordings, entitled "Lazy Lace."
