Cocktails 102: Market to Glass

at Wilson & Wilson

One of the best parts of living in California is the continual abundance of fresh produce. In this class, learn the techniques and recipes used at Bourbon and Branch to integrate produce into tasty and creative cocktails.

By mid-April the farmers markets will be stocking the tail end of unique citrus like Pomelo's and Kumquat's. They will also be stocked with a new supply a fresh seasonal berries, and summer stone-fruits might just begin to start making an appearance.

Infusions, syrups, tinctures and even basic muddling must be done appropriately to best utilize the flavors available in farmers market ingredients; especially when the easier fruits like strawberries are out of season.
