“We’re basically going to be a brewpub, brewing beer in small 20 gallon batches,” adds Woods, noting that both he and bartender Matt Coelho (City Beer, Church Key) are certified cicerones. Woods says they’ll have seven different beers on tap. Three of those will be MateVeza creations brewed in Mendocino, two will be brewed on-site and then another two or three will be be guest beers like local craft brews or Belgian imports. Growlers and bottles will be available to go.
