Shareable small plates, like miso gnocchi and tuna tartare with quail egg and chili oil, combine local ingredients with traditionally clean Japanese flavors. Chef Armando Justo, who trained for eight years under Sho Kamio at Yoshi’s, is even flying in fish for nigiri from Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market.
