Contraband Coffee owner and legendary Mission Beach Barista, Josh Magnani, will play the role of coffee sensei in this class. This session will provide hands-on experience making coffee with, both, an espresso machine and drip coffee cones.
In this class, Josh will walk students through the basics of making espresso-based drinks and the classic technique for preparing drip coffee.
Josh has been sharpening his skills at cafes throughout SF for years. This class is one part in a series of classes designed to build a deeper appreciation and understanding of coffee.
