Class: Sweet & Savory Ukrainian Dumplings

at Culture Kitchen SF

Come spend some time with Natalyia learning about Ukrainian cuisine, making and feasting on both sweet and savory dumplings. Learn how to make varenyky, traditional Ukrainian dumplings similar to Polish pierogi.

Natalyia will teach you how to make two different variations on these delicious treats: a savory version stuffed with potatoes and mushrooms as well as a sweet version filled with a tart cherry preserve. You'll also learn to make a light and fresh salad of seasonal vegetables to round out your meal. Get ready to explore!

Be ready to roll up your sleeves as Culture Kitchen classes are hands-on and bring an appetite as we will enjoy a full meal in class.
