DOSA & St. George Spirits

at Dosa on Fillmore

Join DOSA on Fillmore for a happy hour featuring drink specials and a free drink tasting courtesy of St. George's Spirits. Any cocktail with St. George's Breaking & Entering bourbon or Botanivore gin will be $5 during happy hour.

  • Fashionista: B&E bourbon, strawberry, fennel, barrel aged bitters
  • KooKoo for Coconut: Botanivore gin, coconut, lime, green cardamom, peach


To create the B&E bourbon, St. George's master distillers criss-crossed the Bluegrass State and hand-selected 80 barrels of 5-7 year-old bourbon from some of Kentucky's most well-known distilleries. The blended result is a complex, balanced bourbon with middle-of-the-road sweetness.
