Fried Chicken Brunch Buffet & Live Jazz

at Farmerbrown

Farmerbrown boasts an atmosphere reminiscent of a speakeasy, both down home and urban. Brunch here is never boring. Best known for their fried chicken, Farmerbrown opens its doors on the weekend for an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring the sounds of the dynamic Bayonics, a jazz band.

Forget chicken soup for the soul, Farmerbrown is all about fried chicken for the soul and lots of it. For just $16.50, every Saturday and Sunday, Farmerbrown serves an all-you-can-eat buffet including their famous fried chicken and live jazz from the Bayonics. The Bayonics describe themselves as the “hip-hop generation’s answer to the Latin fusion of the ‘70s.” Their high energy helps to create a vibrant and festive atmosphere for diners who are digging in to Farmerbrown’s hearty creations.

Farmerbrown supports local African American farmers using organic, biodynamic and sustainably raised foods. Chef-owner Jay Foster does an amazing job of presenting traditional southern cuisine with local bay area ingredients. Farmerbrown puts a whole new meaning into soul-food.
