Celebrates the wines of Italy with flour+water. Join us to learn more about the various indigenious varietals that make Italian wines so unique. Kevin Clancy from Farm Wines will talk about the various varietals, the diversity of Italian food, cultures and brief history.
From there, guests will learn about the newer practices of natural winemaking. Kevin, will provide tasting notes so you can get the most out of every swirl, sniff and sip. You'll learn all these while enjoying a 5-course tasting menu, prepared by Chef Thomas McNaughton in the Dough Room.
