Thursday, September 8th graffEats and Noise Pop come together to celebrate the enigmatic French pop icon Serge Gainsbourg through food and music. Using the Covers template graffEats’ chef, Blair Warsham will produce a six course gourmet meal featuring his “covers” of signature dishes from the world’s culinary luminaries; Noise Pop then pairs each course with thematic cover songs, all of which pay tribute to Serge Gainsbourg.
Imagine the beloved Eric Ripert (from New York’s Le Bernardin) dish Carolina Shrimp Ravioli with Tarragon and Sauce Americaine paired with Snooze’s electro version of the Gainsbourg favorite, “New York USA”. Fresh off a highly successful, highly praised run of Covers at the Secret Alley in May, this Covers dinner will undoubtedly be another benchmark event for both foodies and music lovers alike.
The location is a secret destination in SOMA San Francisco CA, which will be disclosed to ticket holders closer to the date. Tickets are $85 (corkage fee included); VIP tickets are $110 (includes wine pairings by our sponsors with meal and access to open bar cocktail hour provided by our sponsors).
