Bold Argentinian Steakhouse
at Lolinda
Behold: Lolinda, a two-level shrine of steak, wine and cocktails from the Beretta/Starbelly crew.
What you have here is nothing less than a house of worship for all things Argentine. We’re talking tufted-leather booths. Not one, but two cocktail bars. And a huge mural of bulls on the wall. You know, in case you don’t know what to order.

Start with chicken empanadas and yuca-ricotta croquettes; main course it with lasso wood-grilled flank steak, pork chops, or rib eye. A Bar Agricole and Death & Co. alum shakes up libations like Cure for Pain (rye, bourbon, port, and creme de cacao), but you’re welcome to ford the ever-flowing rivers of malbec.

"Our concept is not trying to be a traditional Argentinian restaurant. We are an Argentinian inspired- steakhouse because of our wood fired grill,” Paganini says. Chef Alejandro Morgan is putting together a menu that’s shareable, with the hope that people can make it a special occasion if they want, or just pop in for a bite. In addition to steaks, there is also a wide selection of smaller South American plates, like empanadas, ceviches, and skewers.
