Then our trainers will take you through a circuit of heart-pounding cardio drills. Work for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds as you move from station to station performing a variety of calisthenics and plyometric, medicine ball and boxing drills.
Get ready to throw and catch heavy balls, jump up and down on milk crates, slam heavy balls onto heavy bags, hit a tire with a sledgehammer and any other crazy stuff we can think of!
