To the luxurious Press Club wine bar on Market. Gilt City members can get up close and personal with the best of Napa (and beyond) right in downtown San Francisco with the Visiting Vintner series this summer.

This brilliant program means Gilt City members will have the chance to drink wines normally offered only at vineyards in Napa and Sonoma. Indulge in small plate pairings while sampling Elyse’s lush C’est Si Bon Red Rhone Blend and the ruby red grapefruit and kiwi-tinged Gewürztraminer from Gundlach Bundschu.

Great wines aren’t the only thing making the special trip to the city. Vintners, owners and wine experts from the vineyards will be at the Press Club on Thursdays to lead tastings and tell the stories behind these unique wines.

So, hop in a taxi and take a trip to wine country. This week, it’s only as far away as downtown.
