The food will consist of Noblia’s Mediterranean tapas menu, which the former Top Cheffer says he’s excited about because he gets to branch out beyond just Basque dishes. It will open for dinner service daily at 5 p.m. (except Mondays), and in the later hours, especially on weekends, Noblia expects it to morph into a club.

Today, we caught up with Noblia, who tells us they're really in more of a soft-launch phase as of now. His opening menu includes approachable fare like lamb sliders and chicken skewers with plans to mix in slightly more avante garde things like an octopus salad and beef cheek moussaka in the coming weeks.
