The rotisserie chicken concept from chefs Gerard Darian (Bix) and Tracy Green takes flight at the upscale-meets-casual coop (with ash floors, walnut tables, and a full-display spit-roasting kitchen). Roost on a red bar stool at the big-screen-equipped black granite counter at game time or flock to the outdoor patio (coming soon).
