Wine School topics will vary from each week, but will primarily focus on specific wines or regions around the world.
Classes are held in Saison's intimate dining room, so Wine School attendees will also get an exclusive peek behind the scenes of Saison kitchen, as the two-Michelin star team prepares for service.
About Mark Bright: At age 17, Mark started working at Aqua Restaurant in the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas. On his 21st birthday, he joined the Bellagio Sommelier team. In 2004, Rajat Parr, the wine director for Michael Mina’s restaurants, invited Bright to be the opening sommelier for Restaurant Michael Mina in San Francisco. Wine & Spirits Magazine featured Bright as one of the “Best New Sommeliers” in 2005. In 2006, Bright was heralded as a “New Wine Turk” by Wine Spectator.
