Class: Cooking Fish And Sauces For Fish

at Tante Marie's Cooking School

There is no doubt--determining how to cook fish is a difficult decision. Not only that, what sauce do you make for it and how do you make it? All your concerns will be dispelled when you take this One-Day Workshop with Malcolm.

Soon, you will be cooking and saucing fish with ease. And, you will learn all about selecting the best of what the Bay Area has to offer. There will be alot to learn. Under Malcolm's guidance you will be participating in preparing such dishes as Turkish-Style Pistachio-Crusted Halibut with Spicy Yogurt Sauce: Meurette of Sole with Beaujolais Sauce; Cod with Coconut, Lime and Lemongrass-Curry Sauce and Bok Choy; Red Snapper baked in a Salt Crust with Romesco Sauce; and Halibut with Sambal Vinaigrette and Wasabi Cream.
