Get Fit: Beginner TRX Classes

at TRX Training Center

TRX suspension training tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility. TRX Training Center is making it easy to try suspension training without intimidation in their Getting Started class, which teaches newbies the basics.


Once you’ve finished the getting start course, TRX instructors can assist you with choosing the right class to fit your needs. If you already know basic principals of TRX, you can also try out their different training programs and drop in sessions.
