The Money is No Object Burger
Where
Umami Burger
Neighborhood
Marina/Cow Hollow

Called the "Money is No Object" burger, the thing is priced at $100, and is made from dry-aged beef from a single grass-fed Wagyu cow. The patty is then crowned with Hudson Valley foie gras, carmelized onion marmalade, and reduced 1977 Croft Vintage Port. The final step finds Umami cooks shaving about a 1/4 inch of white truffles on top for the unholy mess you see up above.

What to Order

"I was blown away by the ketchup. THE KETCHUP!"

Rod Begbie
What to Order

"Go with the Hatch Burger if you like spice. The house-made American cheese is top notch in combination with the green chilis."

Brian Brown

Introducing The MNO Burger, Umami’s pricey off-menu burger topped with truffles, foie gras and port, available now for wildly irresponsible burger parties around town.
