The Window SF, a new rotating SoMa offshoot cafe from the Coffee Bar folks, is popping up at 1599 Howard St at 12th St. with a month’s worth of one-night culinary stands starting March 14. The organizers have amassed a pretty impressive merry band of window slingers.

Whilst transforming the former What’s Up Dog into its third location, Coffee Bar shares its fully operational kitchen with local pop-ups. Every day through March is booked with talent, from vets like Sweet Jo’s Chili & Biscuits and Soup Junkie to newbies like Maite Catering’s Colombian fare and Jablow’s Meats.
(more)...the Window will be hosting nine different vendors, who range from the familiar to the unknown. Soup Junkie, who's been making a name for himself at Vinyl Wine Bar, will make the most frequent appearances, serving lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Popup veterans Good Foods Catering will show up several times a week, and Seoul Patch, Jablow's Meats, and Sweet Jo's Chile and Biscuits are all taking on shifts.
