Not really a "rooftop" bar, is like 2 stories up from the road and surrounded by taller buildings. Also staff are RUDE. All 3 times I've been. Too bad, given the limited outdoor options in town.

Great ambience though it can get chilly with SF's fickle weather. But awesome drinks (I love the Drunken Pear) and cool setup and decor!
