Went during happy hour, best if you have a table by the window. We were by the bar, and it is a VERY tight space. Drinks and appetizers were delicious.
Very small spot. Cash only. The stuffed French toast for brunch was delish.
Wednesday - not to crowded, still bustling. Perfect!
This is my new favorite bar in Hayes Valley. Delicious house-made pickles, strong but complex and tasty drinks, and a great atmosphere with antique wallpaper, dim lighting and an extensive lending library.
